“Lamps were supposed to be delivered within a few days. Nothing recieved after over a week, no communication.I chased up the order to be told they were out of stock would we be prepared to wait.Again nothing for another week I chased up again to recive a reply about faulty lamps ! A corrective email was snet by you saying please ignore previous email. lamps finally arrived. That is why I have put POOR against your survey.”
