Hello Peter, Thank you for taking the time and leaving us a review. We did discuss this though. You ordered an MR11 G4 lamp from us. The picture of your fitting showed you needed a MR16 GU5.3 lamp, which is a completely different size. The pins would have broke off as you were trying to fit a smaller lamp inside a wider fitting. Unfortunately, it is out of our control when people order the wrong items. Although, I did send you a link to the correct lamps. Best Regards, Martin - Lamps2udirect
