“Not bad, excellent customer service but they didn't have the parts I wanted despite me ordering them and waiting. I received a refund and shopped elsewhere - they had the parts in stock and had them in my hands in the same time it took Lamps2udirect to inform me that my parts would take a while to get to them from their supplier.”

“Recently purchased 6 70Watt Bc-b22 Bayonet fit clear halogen light bulbs. 3 were supplied with badly damaged filaments. 2 of the other 3 failed on switching on. Lamps replaced the 5 which they said had been tested. 4 failed within 20 minutes. Very poor product from an unnamed manufacturer.”
