“Took them about 3 weeks to ship the order once placed. Would not be too much of an issue but they had insisted the order was shipped about 2 weeks into the delay, so the either lied or didn't know what they were talking about”

“Slow delivery and lack of communication with out of stock lamps. Redeemed by offer of some free lamps and apology Not too sure I would use again!”

“The have always very good in the past. However, unlike a lot of suppliers they do not seem give any indication of when the goods are likely to arrive. This order was made on the 16th Nov. 2020 and this is the 26th November and I have no idea as to when it is likely to be dispatched.”

“While the range of product is excellent the delivery service is poor. Royal Mail Postage was expensive and took 7 days to come. For the high cost I would expect next day service or at worst 2 to 3 days.”

“All good apart from the lamp performance. Stated as 1600 lumen, I would suggest the makers Bell rethink that claim as they seem no different from a 700 lumen lamp tested in a spectrophotometer sphere!”

“One bulb broken in box, despite good outer packing, so probably broken before despatch.”

We don't pack broken lamps...That would be a waste of money and everyone's time. Please send us a picture of the damaged item and we will replace it for you.

“Thanks for a great delivery service. However I found the quality of the strip lights rather poor. The pin fitting was a bit inferior to other brands. Just goes to prove, buy cheap pay twice.”

“The lights I ordered are very nice and good quality. I only gave lower stars because the order was delayed twice and arrival took a couple of months (it was during lockdown) but no reason was forthcoming for the delay”

“Bulbs were easy to find online and payment was fine. When they arrived, the bulbs were just what we wanted. However, we had to wait over 2 weeks for delivery. This may have been because of the C.19 crisis, either by your firm or the Post Office, which is excusable if staff is short. Otherwise, all ok.”

“The item I ordered came quickly and worked well to start with. Sadly the bulb stopped working after a few days and for the cost involved, which was mainly post and packing, it wasn't worth asking for another one.”
