Very Slow delivery, extremely well packaged but unfortunately the bulb only lasted one and a half days. I don’t know if I have been extremely unlucky or not but could i dare consider buying another? … way too expensive to try again, sorry

Ordered lamps in November, but no delivery by mid-December. Emailed to query to be told lamps just arrived in stock and will be with me in 3 or 4 days - no indication of delay when ordering or in confirmation. Still, no lamps by Early January so requested a refund, which wasn't processed until I asked again a week later. In the meantime, I ordered the same product from a competitor's website which was delivered the following day.

Ordered bulbs on 9th December. As of 12th January these still haven't been delivered and the supplier refuses to answer queries on the matter meaning that I am having to escalate to my credit card company.

Having ordered two bulbs one arrived totally smashed. I left a telephone message which was ignored so e-mailed and that was ignored as well!

I ordered my bulbs 05/12/22 the confirmation said: This e-mail is to confirm receipt of your order. If there are any problems with delivery, i.e If the items purchased are out of stock, we will contact you as quickly as possible. I sent an email 15/12/22 as my bulbs had not arrived. This was the answer: Thank you for your email. Apologies for the delay on this order. We did need to order more of these lamps in. Stock is due into us tomorrow. These will be despatched for you tomorrow and you should expect them by early next week. I sent an email 19/12/22 to ask if my bulbs had been despatched. This was the answer:They arrived, but too late to go out on the same day! They will be leaving today though on a first class service. Thanks again for your patience. I sent an email 28/12/22 as my bulbs had not arrived. This was the answer:I am so sorry for the delay on this order - You have been very patient.These were dispatched via Royal Mail, but I would have expected you to have received them by now! We are out of the office until next week, but I would be happy to resend the order, if you can confirm your delivery address. I will use a first class service to despatch and these will leave next Tuesday, when we return from Christmas! I received my order 05/01/23, the bulbs were in a box without packing or paperwork. I would not order from this company again.

A substitution of my order was made but it was not a similar product and had a different specification and as such, I was delivered an unusable item which I have stored in the garage and re-ordered the product from another supplier who successfully fulfilled my order in three days

I ordered these and anticipated their arrival, allowing for postal strikes, after several weeks I chased it up and was advised they would arrive the following day. They didn’t arrive, I chased again, asking for a tracking number. No response. The items have never arrived.

Ordered bulbs on 11th december they had not arrived by the 23rd,so i emailed lamps2udirect as i had not received conformation that they had even been dispatched. I then emailed again after new year and received an email in response to say that part of my order was not available and would be in stock several weeks later. I accepted that i would wait for these items however they could have sent the items they did have in stock and sent the rest at a later date. I feel i should have been made aware of this situation and not have to send several emails and await a reponse.

Problem with delivery I felt the emails they sent gave only me work to do to try and sort out poor communication at the start i emailed them with my correct address immediately I ordered the part and was not updated so went to incorrect address

I bought some fluorescent tubes off the website, there was nothing to indicate that there would be any delay in delivery. It took two weeks for them to arrive; they were inadequately packaged and had been smashed in transit. The company offered to replace them and asked for photographs so that they could claim against the courier - these were provided. The replacement tubes had not arrived after waiting a further 3 weeks; during this time I was not updated and it proved difficult to get an answer to my telephone calls. I eventually asked for a refund. This proved to be another disaster; I received less than half the money I had paid, the cost of the delivery was not forthcoming. This cannot be right bearing in mind the fact that Lamps2UDirect are claiming against the courier. At no point have I received any invoices or credit notes, everything was done through PayPal, the only paperwork was a delivery note with the goods. The lamps were ordered for business purposes so this does not seem very professional, I expected a VAT receipt. I have not enjoyed my experience with this company, I will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone else.
