“The company picked up my order upon their return from Xmas break on 4th Jan. On working day 5 I queried where my order was and was advised that 3-5 working days was the advised processing time and that my order had been despatched. Surprisingly, I then received another email 3 working days later that my order has been shipped. So, due to the company being economic with the truth, they get no recommendation from me other than the products ordered have proven satisfactory. I have since found other suppliers who have a more favourable processing time.”

“No lamps received after a month of waiting. No communication until three weeks after the order was placed to say, one of the lamps is out of stock, would you like something else? Still no lamps have arrived.”

“The bulbs only just arrived within the delivery window. I was pleased to have them as they are mechanically good replacements for the 50W halogens I used to use in my extractor fan. The LED replacements are just as bright, shine a pleasant warm colour and don't get so hot as the halogens. Just what I wanted, and save 86W (as I'm using 2 bulbs) Delighted.”
