“Placed an order for some rare, back ordered bulbs. Followed up after a week to find out how long they would be and received a personal message same day apologising for delay and explained timeframe which was then adhered to. Good company !”

“I ordered a bulb on the 10th December and still waiting for the item to arrive. They keep telling me that it is due to the royal mail and this is a load of rubbish after speaking to my neighbour who works for R M and they are having no problems. From what I have read from the reviews they have all received their items and yet I am still waiting nearly a month after placing the order.”
