“They made it all so simple and took the stress out of what is usually a panic with lost user id's and passwords. They actually completed the whole thing whilst I was on the phone to them and submitted it and found out that in fact HMRC would be paying me this year because of my summer instalment.”

“I was misinformed on a number of occasions as to the tax I owed/rebate I was owed, and the information I provided was handled incorrectly. I really feel that I got poor value for money and no apology has ever been given. A shoddy experience.”

We do everything we can to speed things up and to keep our customers informed, which we will do in this case too.

“I got a little confused about how and when to pay. Something about a discount being applied and sending my bank details. This was sorted out in a few emails. Reminders to get my figures in early were good for me. I am a bit unclear how you apportioned allowances and portions of services counted as private use v business use, depreciation and so on but I guess I don't need to know as that's what you are paid to do. Thanks”

“After discovering on the afternoon of 31st January that my current accountant had not filed my tax return (!) I phoned simple tax returns desperate for someone to be able to help me get my return filed before the deadline. Not only did they quickly and efficiently answer my call but after going through my details and figures, my return was filled. All online documents in a secure quick and easy to use portal so no drama of scanning documents and printing returns! I initially thought I'd use Simple tax returns as a one off but after such a smooth and efficient service I have moved my accounts to them permanently. Oh and the bonus on top was they were more competitive than my usual company! Thank you Tutu and James what a stress free pleasure you made of what had started as a really stressful situation. Highly recommended”
