“A great big thanks to Skevy - I was actually terrified of getting my annual accounts wrong and had been putting off doing them until I had to or risk a massive fine. Skevy was amazing, she immediately made me feel at ease, explained everything very clearly and did a wonderful job, with an amazing turnaround time. “I'm not one for generally spouting praise unless under exceptional circumstances. This is why I feel compelled to review my experience at simpletaxreturns.com. From the very first moment I spoke to Skevi, I was extremely impressed by her professionality and her knowledge. In addition to this, her warm personality and her 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude was truly refreshing and is such a rarity nowadays. Dealing with Skevi at simpletaxreturns has been a seamless, efficient, economical and wholly enjoyable experience. “Penny called me the same day I requested more information (on a Saturday). She was very knowledgeable and helpful. My tax return was sorted out in 1 telephone call and a follow-up email. Brilliant...especially when you dont have a lot of spare time on your hands! A complete contrast to a previous online company who wanted to charge me twice as much and allocated me their junior bookkeeper. I may as well have done the return myself....Unfortunately I incurred a hefty cancellation fee. Thanks Penny..Ill be back next year :)”
