“Product good but size deceiving. Thought I was buying a travel size jewellery case. It’s larger than I expected for travelling. Disappointing as I wanted to give to a friend going on a big journey.”

“Much more black than brown. Main Photo is misleading, should be described as a very dull black, was not pleased with my expensive purchase”

“Great bag, lovely colour and lots of compartments. Would have been five stars if strap was the other way around. Wearing as a right-handed person the buckle of the strap is at the front and sits uncomfortably and looks ugly. Would be ideal for a left handed person! I would have returned for this reason except for the colour which I've been looking for for a while.”

“Good quality item. However beware, the 'grey' coin purse which looks cream in the photos isn't cream, it is definitely grey.”

“The sale price and speed of service was excellent. Sadly the leather jacket was no use as it was extremely small fitting. I am a size 0 (6) and their 6 was about 5 inches too small overall, bust waist and hips! Wouldn;t have minded but it cost £9 to send back as the recommended type of postal return cost this. Normally I would have asked for another size to try but not if that cost me the same to return. Most retailers now do help the cusptemr try things on and return cheaply - not Lakeland clearly”

“I received the wrong item. The lady I phoned said she would arrange a prepaid label to return it for the correct one. I still haven't had the label. However, I gave the 'wrong' jacket to my cousin and re-ordered what I wanted in the first place. It is in process and I hope it's right this time.”

“The leather protector works well to protect my new jacket. But ... I received one bottle instead of the 2 ordered, and had to pay additional unpaid postage on the package which arrived via Royal Mail despite being sent UPS. Customer services were very thorough at sorting this out, sending my secod bottle and refunding the extra costs.”

“Well what can I say went into your shop in Northallerton and tried the coat on that I have purchased but it was XL slightly too big asked the assistant if they would be getting any more L in stock or more coming in just got a don't know not even I will have a look for you so ordered online got 10% off so potentially you have lost £7 by the way my wife loves the coat”

“ordered 2 men's knitted jumpers (large) one navy one olive, navy didn't fit as nice, wondered if it was sent back from somebody who had worn it for a few days. wish i had sent it back, but had cut off tags, also noted they were sourced from india, not what i would have expected from lakeland leather, i had previously bought a leather jacket from lakeland leather with union jack label made in ambleside, really pleased with this jacket.”

“Lovely purse but colour shown on web shows a bright pink which is what I wanted. The colour is called cranberry pink but picture is misleading. So I’m disappointed from colour point of view hence 3 stars”

“Like the purse, slightly disappointed in how stiff it is though. I presumed it would be more supple. Little bar on the zip area keeps sliding too far down and it's a nuisance to fiddle it back out. I'm sure I'll get used to it in time.”

“Would love to give a review if I had received the product. Not your fault but it’s still sat at Southampton Main Sorting Office and has been since last Tuesday (tracking says so). I Live 30 miles away in Andover. Hopefully I will receive sometime the coming week. Will give review when I finally get my slippers. I do not anticipate any problems as I have purchased your products on the past and have been very happy. Regards Diane Steele”

“Easy to order, and very fast delivery. Bought for my wife to replace her old Lakeland Individual Breton top. On enquiry Informed by customer services this was a direct replacement, however disappointed to find the neck is wider and the garment is much longer.”

“My travel jewellery box has arrived good quality but I thought it was pink more like maroon buyers be aware, I also bought what should have been a soft red coloured wallet it was dark red so disappointed colours online are not true to colour”
