“Ordered on line and wasn’t happy as they looked to have been worn maybe due to x shop display . Returned them and now have another pair that I will probably keep but disappointed in the way the leather is badly wrinkled on the left one seen in photo, not good for such a expensive slipper. .”

“I have wanted a leather jacket for a long time and this jacket is beautifully made, soft leather, so comfortable to wear. The seams and stitching are great quality, really happy with the jacket! Can’t wait to wear it out!”

“This delightful cross body bag carries all I need for a day out while I’m temporarily on crutches. When the crutches go believe me the bag won’t, it will become my go to bag!! Easily houses my wallet/purse, glasses case, day diary, mobile, pack of tissues, keys, mask, pen and emergency pack of paracetamol!!”

“Very pleased with the quality of the jacket I bought. The quality of the product deserves five stars. The same however cannot be said of the quality of service in your Southport store where the customer clearly comes second to the convenience of the staff. Hence my refusal to put money through their till and my online purchase.”

“The lady I spoke to when placing my order was so helpful. The courier kept me up to date with delivery. When my jacket arrived (very promptly) it was even nicer than I thought. Its such good quality, and I'm really pleased. Maybe slightly smaller than true to size.”
