“Ordered a beautiful leather biker jacket on line after trying one on in the shop but wanting a black one which wasn't available in store. The jacket arrived within 3 days and is really lovely..the jacket was a treat for myself after having a faux leather jacket which was past its best...its is a timeless luxury piece which I'm sure I will get many years from. The quality is excellent including the zips buttons and seams..thought I would only be able to wear it in summer but it is surprisingly warm and could get away with it on most evenings. The fit is perfect and it will go with pretty much any outfit..”

“Lakeland Leather is a brilliant company to deal with. I recently purchased a lovely quality leather jacket, fitted perfectly and made of soft good quality leather. However, the package was badly damaged by the delivery company and the jacket had a small cut on the front caused by the damage to the package. Lakeland immediately responded to my email and requested I send everything back to them. A few days later I received a replacement jacket. I can't fault the company at all, great sales service and very friendly staff. Well done, you are a credit to the industry! Everyone loves my jacket too!”

“I love my new slipper boots, I’ve hardly taken them off since getting them! They keep my feet and ankles very cozy and look good. I found them true to size, a bit stiff putting on at the beginning but they are loosening off gradually. Thanks!”

“I thought that there was a good choice of handbags and certainly the leather was lovely and soft on the one that I purchased. Very quick delivery BUT the packaging was, in my opinion, poor. The outer bag was ripped and the inner cardboard. Only luck that it didn't impact on the bag itself leaving it damaged. This bag, £60, should have been boxed. Certainly would have given more stars if this had been the case.”
