“I love the handbag I bought from Lakeland leather however, there was a problem with the DPD delivery. I waited in for it, but the delivery person did not appear to knock on the door, just shoved a card through the letter box and went away. I got an email informing me they would not be back and that I could pick up the parcel at a Co-op about a mile from my house the day after. Something is going wrong with these delivery drivers !”

“Beautiful bag but very disappointed with the packaging of it. The bag had been so tightly folded that the leather was getting creased. This is a 21 st birthday present for our grandson so we have had to stuff it with towels to straighten the leather out.”

“Bought this bag for my sisters birthday, nice bag and well made , delivery was quick. My only criticism is that it didn’t have a dust bag which would have made it a bit more special for a gift .”

“I purchased the Allerdale Leather Cross Body Bag in Brown as a gift. As always with Lakeland Leather, it is lovely quality and a practical design. I ordered for click and collect and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the very next day to say I could collect. The colour is a little darker than the pictures on the website which is the only reason it's a 4 star review and not 5.”
