“The bag we ordered came really quickly and was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately it didn't fit my son's laptop so we had to return it. The customer service for returns was speedy and efficient - I posted it mid morning tracked Royal Mail and was emailed with confirmation of the return and refund the following day. Just a huge shame it didn't work for my son.”

“Thrilled with my latest purchase, exactly what I wanted to take on holiday. Big enough for everything from my laptop to my passport and because it has a zip closure, safe for all the usual handbag items without being too large. Beautiful soft leather - might be tempted to buy another colour sometime.”

“Looked like a reasonably good quality jacket but I couldn’t tell because it was at least two sizes too small. I ordered my usual size 16. It was much smaller than any size 16 jackets in my wardrobe and a larger size would be big on shoulders. I particularly searched reviews to check sizing and can’t remember any advice on sizing up. Expensive to return ‘signed for’ as I don’t think it was my fault.”

“I ordered 3 x purses in the Lakeland Leather sale. They arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and are just what I wanted. Perfect - and lovely colours. Previously, I have ordered a weekend holdall and a laptop case - all have been lovely with fast delivery. Very satisfied with all products and will certainly buy from Lakeland Leather again.
