“I love everything I have bought from Lakeland Leather. The quality, & craftsmanship is very good, the leather is soft with no blemishes. I had one question for the team and it was answered promptly. “Product excellent. Not so the woman I telephoned to arrange an exchange as instructed on the back of the Delivery Note! I was assured a replacement would be reserved for me but instead a refund was issued. Luckily, after emailing, one was put aside for me while I reordered.”

“Bought as a gift, so not worn yet. These slippers look well made and of good quality materials. I bought a size larger on the advice of other reviewers and I'm pleased I did this as they feel quite snug. Overall, looks like an excellent pair of cosy slippers.”

“ordered ascari coin purse for husband. very pleased with quality and delivery. If I could change anything it would be to not have the "L" gilt symbol on the front as this looks like a monogram for the recipient and Lakeland is already printed elsewhere on the item. I realised this before purchasing and it didn't put me off, would just have preferred it plain. Based on this experience I would certainly purchase from you again. Thank you”

“The website is easy to use, the order process is simple and delivery was on time and quick. My problem was with returning a product, which, although of excellent quality. was too small I will use Lakeland Leather again. Note that, when you return a parcel for the reasons above, you are responsible for the cost. There is no refund.”
