“Struggled to buy a leather jacket on line 0 out of 5 for their web site. However very helpful when I rang in. Lovely leather jacket that arrived the next day. Would have given 5/5 if web site was more stable”

“Thank you to the lady who made sure I received my order at my home down south in time for me to post it to my son, who incidentally lives in the Lake District, in time for his birthday. He was delighted with his leather key and coin tray and plans to call into your shop somewhen in the future. Great customer service, thank you very much indeed.”

“you lost a sale with me. this was because the courier you used would not redeliver and where my parcel was kept was too far away. when i queried this all you said was it is not a priority for you which I found odd.”

“Having a curvy figure I normally find it difficult to find a good fit in a leather jacket and after looking on the Lakeland website saw a beautiful cream biker jacket for a casual look, to go with summer dresses, but I was hesitant as I just wasn’t sure if it would look right. The following weekend on a trip to Southport, I was delighted to stumble on a Lakeland shop and spent ages trying on a variety of styles and colours, the staff were so helpful and patient. Eventually I settling on the jacket I had seen on the website, and even better, it was in the sale! Unfortunately I didn’t have my purse with me and had to order it from the website after all, even though it was Jubilee bank holiday it arrived within a few days, well wrapped with a card for a further 10% off the next purchase. I love it!”

“I ordered a small navy crossover bag. It came within 4 days and is very good quality - super soft leather. It is just as I expected as have other Lakeland bags, all of excellent quality.”

“As always the leather item was excellent quality. I would always score 5/5 for the leather goods. My only criticism is the packaging. When I order a quality item I really look forward to it being delivered. But the Lakeland packaging is usually a let down and doesn’t reflect the quality of the goods. When I receive goods from some other quality companies it lifts my spirits to see the parcel delivered, beautifully presented. Care taken over the design and eco quality of the packaging but not so with Lakeland. Seems like they just glance around the office to see what bits of wrapping are available. Come on Lakeland ! Do yourself a favour and design and present some lovely wrapping that your leather goods deserve. I await your comments.”

“I bought a navy Lakeland Leather jacket a few years ago and get complimented on it a lot. Your jackets are very comfortable for broad shouldered guys. I decided to treat myself to another and spotted the Charlie racer jacket on the website. After trying one on in store I ordered the bigger size online. The detail on the jacket - particularly around the shoulders - is excellent. First time ordering on the website and found it very straightforward, even on a smartphone. Very impressed at how quickly my order was processed and delivered. The jacket was immaculate so I'm one very happy customer. Keep up the great work!”
