“I've bought 2 leather jackets and a sheepskin duffle coat from Lakeland in the last month and I am absolutely delighted with my purchases, which all arrived next day! The quality and finish is perfect and such great value for money. There is a brilliant choice of colours and styles for women and men. You won't be disappointed!”

“All I can say is excellent, the jacket I ordered originally was too big so I sent it back and asked for the next size down they changed the order and sent me the smaller size. They also took the price of the return postage off the price of the jacket. Thanks”

“I love the Carlisle shop and have some fabulous leather coats, super suits, jackets, shirts, T-shirts, luggage, bags and shoes - all bought there. I ordered some boots online and picked them up in Carlise yesterday. Brilliant price for suede and leather boots. As usual, the staff are wonderful there - friendly and very helpful. Lakeland is definitely my favourite shop in the town.”

“The man's holdall I purchased is beautiful. The leather is wonderfully soft but sturdy and the item is exactly what I was looking for. It arrived promptly. I have taken 1* away due to the packaging. The item was packed in an inner clear plastic bag, and then the outer packing was two smaller plastic bags that were sellotaped together (each bag fitted either end of the holdall). There was only one strip of sellotape holding the two plastic bags together centrally around the holdall; which then came apart during transit. The inner bag was then also ripped. By some miracle the purchased item has survived intact with no scratches. I am very pleased with the item, but I would have expected the packaging to protect the item and at least be sealed properly. I am very happy with purchase and will buy from Lakeland Leather again; but I thought "luxury" items would have better protective padding. The delivery driver/postman was worried about the condition of the parcel too.”

“Lakeland Leather give a great service, the slipper boots were just what I wanted, at a good price and were delivered the next day. I had need to phone to check that I'd ordered the right size and spoke to a pleasant member of the team who quickly found and confirmed my order. I'm very pleased with the slipper boots, they are well made and good quality and are very snuggly. Thank you.”
