“Do not buy ANYTHING in the Keswick store that you might want to return. They will accuse you of fraud before they will give you your money back. Absolute thieves. Unashamedly and unapologetically falsely accusing a customer in good faith and refusing to back down. Disgraceful.”

“I bought a leather crossbody phone case. It is of excellent quality and design: light and convenient to wear, easy to get phone in and out, secure easy to use magnetic fasteners for phone and credit cards, pockets for credit cards are secure and easy to use to slip cards in and out. (I find this a blessing since it was extremely difficult to retrieve credit cards from my previous phone holder!) The case was delivered within two days.”

“The jacket I ordered online was too small, I had tried the size smaller (44) in my local shop 2 days before and decided I needed a 46 . I took the postal one back to my local shop as it felt smaller than the 44 I had tried on only a couple days earlier. The shop is about 45mins drive away, there i found another 46 sized one on their rack which fitted much better. I swapped my too small 46 for correct sized 46 and went home. I was given some cleaning solution and spray protector for the inconvenience of the 1.5hr round trip. I like the jacket, haven’t worn it yet other than to try it on.”
