“Have been searching in vain for ages for a small soft leather purse that would accommodate cards, coins, and notes. Came across Lakeland Leather quite by chance when Googling. One of their purses exactly matched what I’d been looking for and it was available in a beautiful shade of teal. Quick delivery service and a beautifully made product and all at a very reasonable price. Delighted with my purchase.”

“Purchased a leather jacket as a gift for my partner. Service was all 1st class. There was a wide range of choice on easy to use website, prices were reasonable for a premium product and helpful level of detail in sizing guide. Jacket arrived quickly, was very well presented and true to description. Partner absolutely loves the jacket and why wouldn't she - perfect fit, great quality, stunning colour and very nice grade of leather used. Thank you Lakeland”

“I had a problem trying to order my item online and I phoned the store enquiring if I could order by phone. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and efficient and she confirmed I could place my order with her. I ordered my item on Tuesday 22nd Aug. and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the next day. I'm delighted with my purchase.”

“Lovely purse but colour shown on web shows a bright pink which is what I wanted. The colour is called cranberry pink but picture is misleading. So I’m disappointed from colour point of view hence 3 stars”
