“I found it difficult to process the order via Klarna and when I rand Web support for help they were not very helpful and I was not made to feel like a customer more of a nuisance. The female member of staff just iterated the process and more or less inferred it was not Lakeland Leather’s problem but Klarna. We’ll forgive me but I thought I was buying a Lakeland product and not a Klarna product!!”

It was in perfect condition and looks utterly beautiful. The gorgeous smell of leather is intoxicating. All in all, I would recommend this company and its products highly!”

“Hello, I am so pleased with the whole experience, I ordered a leather jacket and it was delivered next day, a beautiful jacket, but unfortunately the fit just wasn't right on me (we will be in the lakes for a visit in a couple of months so I will call in a shop) I returned the jacket first class post, it was received next day and I was refunded immediately,the same day. Unbelievable, a lot of companies could learn a lot from you. Your service is first class, the leather is absolutely fabulous, so SOFT. At a price you will be hard pressed to beat. You perhaps can get cheaper but not that quality of leather it is superb. I would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“Brilliant Service order came very quickly and when the item proved too big the size exchange was even quicker can't praise everything about the order enough on top of that the coat is gorgeous now I have the size that fits me .”
