“I unfortunately had to ask for a total refund because the delivery company were unable to deliver the parcel to my door.. Lakeland customer service handled my complaint very well and were most obliging.”

“Had to buy a jacket in a hurry at the Southport store. Amazing personal service from Emma and Irene who helped me chose the right garment, I felt as if I was in a bespoke outfitters. I ended up with a superb garment at a very reasonable price for the quality and left knowing that I will return for a further purchase in the future. “Amazing quality leather jacket, especially for that price on winter sale, love the look, design, how it even smells and how comfy it is. Got compliments from friends straight away after wearing it for the first time. Ordered size 46 as my regular and it fits well. Delivery was quick, no problems at all. This was my second purchase from Lakeland and for sure not the last one. Recommend!”
