“Beautiful coat. My sister and sister in law bought the same coat. My size wasn’t in store but the assistant kindly ordered it for me online. The coat arrived within days. Excellent service and staff”

“It's a Christmas gift. I've only briefly looked at it, but it looks fine. Now- I have thought this before about companies- reviews should be asked for a while after the item has been used. There's no way to really effectively review something until it's been tried and tested. But as I say- looks nice so far.”

“Lakeland Leather is great and the products are good quality. I love them. However, their delivery company sent my parcel back and forth from Hinckley to Aldridge 6 times. Even when it reached Birmingham it was there 3 days before being dropped at the DPD Pick-up shop. I know they are busy but why send it back and forth at all?”
