“Unfortunately my items weren't delivered, but the customer service team were really helpful and friendly arranged for a replacement to be sent out as next day delivery. My bags were worth the wait - lovely colours, fabulously soft leather, fully lined, with long straps and good quality zips.”

“Beautiful sheepskin aviator jacket. Classic piece that will last a lifetime. Excellent quality leather and stylish looking. The customer service was excellent, promptly answering my questions and doing all they could to help. Fabulous! I would recommend and shop again.”

“I ordered the cream protection plus for my leather jacket (aniline leather) It’s great that I was able to find such a good product as not too many stockists have such leather care products. “Bought new Lakeland leather jacket from Next. The quality of the leather is good, but some patches lost colour, stitches are getting undone and the press studs are very poor quality. I got in touch with the company to get it repaired under their guarantee. I will see how it will works out and update my view.”

“I had been looking for a leather purse for some time, trying all the obvious stores, but could not find anything which suited either in size, colour or combinations of card space, note space and change holder. I must admit I was loathe to order on line as it felt like taking a leap into the unknown, not being able to hold the item in my hand and feel the quality of the leather or see the actual colour. I decided to look at the Lakeland Leather site as I knew they were renowned for good quality products and immediately found the exact purse I was looking for. Delivery was prompt and it was well packaged. I am really pleased with my purchase, the quality and colour are perfect.”
