“Bought handbag for a birthday present, ordering was easy with a very informative website which helped me decide on my purchase..The delivery arrived the day after ordering, First class service. “Bought a leather weekender bag. It was NOTHING like the photo (same bag, different colour). I understand differences in colour due to screens and whatever but that was 100% not the same bag. I assume the photo had been heavily edited. Absolutely gutted as I'd had that in my basket for months. Quality of the bag seemed OK but I didn't fully inspect it so can't really comment. Gave 2 stars because the refund was processed was very fast.”
