“I ordered a cross body bag which I'm delighted with. Quality is excellent & delivery was prompt. I also ordered a belt, but the wrong size was sent so I returned it & asked for the correct size to be shipped. This has been dealt with promptly and very efficiently. Thanks to Anna for her updates!”
