“Have already bought quite a few items from Lakeland, quite a few pairs of slippers in.my time and lately 2 holdalls, son borrows one when working away from home, and the were just great as hand luggage on our holidays Thank you”

“Very disappointed with the customer care. I bought a pair of leather boots online. They came promptly. I tried them on and found that the zip on one of the boots kept sticking on the leather. They were also too sloppy to wear. My feet are average and these were a very wide fit. I returned them immediately by recorded delivery which was advised by your returns policy at a cost of £11.15. I was reimbursed for the price of the boots but not for the postage. I complained and was told that the boots did not have a faulty zip. I disagree. I do not intend buying anything else from you so please stop sending me any more literature.”

“The backpack I bought looked good on the website, but once I received it, I couldn’t believe how beautiful and well-built it was. Well worth it, especially that it wasn’t expensive for what I got. Thank you Lakeland Leather, I’ll be ordering again (though probably not another backpack as this one looks like it will last a lifetime)!”

“Not my first lakeland leather product, and quality is fantastic and great value as always. This was my 1st time ordering on line however, and must say very disappointed with the packaging. Jacket came crumpled in a post bag, covered in parcel tape. Although not damaged, this doesn't really fit the 'premium quality' vibe of the company I would say. Perhaps something to look at?”
