“Jacket very similar to my old one which is exactly what I wanted. Quality of the leather/sheep skin was good. Fit was as per size. Colour also as per pics. delivery in good time by DPD who are a good choice. Wht not 5 stars? because after spending £550 you did not include any detailed cleaning/upkeep instructions and no Lakeland cleaner. This I had to buy Plus postage costs at £10 a time. You could have got my name on your records correct rather than "" !”

“The sheepskin slippers that I bought from you, are excellent, and I am very pleased with them; they are warm and supportive. In the recent past I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis, so adequate foot support was very important, and these slippers have provided the necessary support; they are good in every respect.”

“I ordered the Fairfield tote in tan last week Feb 2024. Its a beautiful bag, I have always loved big bags even though I am now retired and this bag is ideal for me, and would suit someone who carries a laptop or such for work purposes. Good punctual delivery too. Thank you so much. Will certainly recommend Lakeland for quality and service.”
