“I’m very pleased with my handbag. This is the third bag I’ve bought from Lakeland and I’ve never been disappointed. The handbags have always been good quality and have lasted longer than most bags I’ve bought from other companies.”

“The leather bag is lovely and one of many I have from you in the past, BUT, I am having terrible trouble with the zip! To close the bag it is almost impossible as the zip dips to such a angle that it takes two hands at least to get it in the right position before it will zip up. I've put it away for the time being as I've run out of patience, sorry.”

“Purchased two Jackets recently, the Wansfell, which fitted me perfectly, and the Preston. The "Wansfell" has studs on the cuffs, so no problem with the sleeve lenghts. Whereas with the "Preston" I will have to have the sleeves shortened. At last, I've found a company that produces quality leather jackets. And the "Preston", being a lovely jacket as well I'm happy to go to a little more expense to have the sleeves shortened. Only criticism would be, why don't manufacturers give options for sleeve lengths if they have no studs etc on the cuffs?”
