“Product was as described and nicely boxed. I had some issues with delivery- DPD quoted a day and time then said I’d refused the delivery when the picture wasn’t even my home. I waited in all day as they tried to get them to come back. Ended up having to come home from work the next day instead 🙁 Appreciate this is a DPD issue but did affect the order experience so can only rate a 3.”

“I received my bag very quickly and was very pleased with it. It is great quality, will be very useful as it has two main compartments, two pockets and a couple of zipped pocket. I was particularly pleased that I got just what I wanted and it was in the sale, so I got it at half price!”

“Ordered a Waverton Tote bag but received the cross body version. (Nice bag but not what I wanted). Phoned Customer Care and spoke to the lovely Jasmine who couldn't have been more helpful. Order sorted very quickly which I received swiftly. Bag received is fabulous - wonderful quality. Thank you Jasmine and of course Lakeland Leather !!!”
