“Bought a faux fur Aviator jacket for the occasional run out on my cruiser bike. The quality of the jacket is excellent. It fits great and keeps me warm. Service from Lakeland is brilliant. I'm going to have a look in their York branch next time I'm there as I feel this is a good company to deal with. Robert”

“Although a complete impulse buy, I already had a similar jacket in brown, I ordered one in black for a weekend event I was going to. Delivery was fast and the quality of the jacket amazing as I had hoped. It received some wonderful compliments over the weekend too. Definitely recommend and would even buy another….thank you Lakeland.”

“Ordered two leather jackets online which were both lovely but neither right for me. They arrived beautifully packed. I returned them to the nearest store. As I had paid with PayPal, the store could not refund me but explained that Head Office would. The refund was made later that same day. A great company with helpful staff and fantastic service.”

“I recently bought four mens leather jackets. The jackets were all great and I am very pleased. However in all cases it was the age old problem, the zips were very sticky and hard to zip up. Had to continually work the zips to try to ease them off. Even applied spray polish to help the problem. Better now, but very annoying. You might wish to address this issue.”

“The purse I ordered is well made and arrived promptly. I ordered it for the book design and having seen ones made by Yoshi, expected it to be similar. It's smaller than the Yoshi ones. It's a design unique to Lakeland leather and I chose it for the design, which was right for the recipient, as I bought it as a gift.”

“Beautifully made cardholders, soft leather. Even had RFID SAFE on one, which was not in the description. One holder is for me the other is for a present, very pleased with them.”
