“It’s very rare these days to find such exceptional customer service, but these guys nailed it! They not only helped me exchange a Christmas present, but also sourced extra leather jacket sizes for me, which they then had shipped from their warehouse to the bowness store for me to look at when I visited the Lake District. Thank you to Fiona and her lovely colleagues for helping me choose! It’s not often a company goes out of their way for you like this and it was much appreciated. We’ve purchased three jackets in the last few months and the quality and pricing has been fantastic so we’ll definitely be back for more!
