I found the dealing with the buying of the item REASOMABLY SATISFACTORY but I am very disappointed that the item , due to arrive 7th December has STILL not come. VERY DISAPPOINTING

U fortunately I cannot review what I ordered but the delivery service has been somewhat under par. It had been saying my parcel will be with you today and on five consecutive days it hasn't arrived and then I get a message saying parcel delayed will be delivered tomorrow!!!

Nice looking gloves but sheepskin fabric very thin and seam on back lets in cook air. Not very warm so disappointing. Also one wrist is sewn tighter than the other which feels odd. Wish I’d returned then

The slipper boots arrived on time but had to be returned as despite ordering the correct size it was impossible to get my foot past the collar. I’ve ordered this style for many years and never had this problem before.

Ordered on line but DPD delivered to a local drop off point. This was a 8 mile journey to collect the item, pointless ordering on line if unable to leave items in a safe place or with neighbours. Will not use on line service again.

Given that their measurements are off they should have a more flexible returns process. I didn't risk exchange as if that was also the wrong size (which was likely given how completely wrong the first item was) it would have cost me twice as much in postage. Although staff were friendly and responsive, they insisted I would still have to pay postage in spite of their measurement guide being significantly inaccurate. I think I would buy from their shop in person, but it isn't worth the risk buying online.

I am not happy at all, as there is not possible to track the order. the information about the estimated date of delivery is missing, so I didn't know I have to wait 2days,4days or a week...The status shows delivered but is not delivered to the store to collect. I still don't know if my jacket is there or no. I must again call the store or send an email and ask where is it. Overall lack of information about the order.

Jacket was £70 cheaper on line with 10% off for first customer They were £249 in shop And £199 on line Also sizes differed greatly which ment i had to return to shop to swap jacket

I haven’t received my order yet! Apparently my local shop has a delivery on a Monday — this will be 10 days after placing my order. It would have been quicker to have the item delivered to my address. I’d have happily paid the delivery cost if I’d known the Click and Collect would take this long.

Ordered a coat, process was easy and delivery was quick. The coat was too short so I had to send it back. It’s disgusting that I had to pay £11 to return a coat that I effectively tried on for 10 seconds. Wouldn’t shop here again.

Firstly, the bag ordered was attractive and nicely made but in no way a cross-body bag. I'm only 5ft 3, and the strap was not long enough for me. The second reason for 2 stars was the request to return the item using recorded delivery because "proof of posting was not proof of receipt". Every other company asks for proof of posting to be obtained so I took this as a veiled threat that Lakeland might deny receipt of the return regardless. I used recorded delivery but will not use this company again.

I ordered a very nice leather jacket in size 2XL as every other garment I own from T-shirts to Barbour coat are size 2XL and are a perfect fit, I was sadly disappointed when it arrived and was nowhere near the right size so had to return it. I must say the refund was speedily processed.

Not really much to say about the purchase.. I bought it as a gift and it arrived... however.. you are forced to supply your email address as part of the sale but I made sure I signed out as a guest so there is no "defined business relationship" and opted out of all comms, the email address I provided for the singular purpose of this purchase has been misused and Lakeland now think it's acceptable to pester me all over the New Year with emails for a review.. well here it is.. unless you want your email filled with unsolicited spam for reviews as companies seem to think it's ok to repurpose the email given to them at time of a sale (I suggest it would help them to review the Privacy and Communications act and GDPR requirements), then I wouldn't buy from them again.

Sheepskin coat had an area with no stitching on the collar. I was told to pay to return it, but after several emails they sent a free return label. I was assured it would be repaired and all seems checked. I was so disappointed to have it returned back without the repair being done at all. A very disappointing Christmas present for my wife!
