“Very happy with my new leather jacket. I have a 38 inch chest but went for the 40 because I want to be able to wear jumpers underneath. It fits perfectly and looks good with just a t shirt or thick jumper underneath.”

“I have bought 2 leather items from lakeland one duffle coat and one jacket both excellent quality both for different seasons duffle coat extremely warm for winter jacket lightweight for warmer weather highly recommend and definitely will buy again best quality leather”

“This is the first item I have bought from this company and I wasn’t disappointed. I bought a beautiful navy blue leather across body handbag. It is finished to perfection and the leather is so soft. Too quality product. I absolutely love it. All correspondence and packaging was first class too. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered jackets online and they were swiftly dispatched and arrived well packed in a size made box. Unfortunately the size I wanted in a particular colour was not available on the website, so I contacted customer services on the off chance there may be one in one of their stores. One was found which was great and Anna organised this to come to their head office from their North Allerton branch. Once my jackets were returned, Anna forwarded me the one I was looking for and delivery was a couple of days later. As it was an exchange, the original price I paid was also honoured despite this offer now not being available.”

“I loved my boots but they didn’t fit. I had to return them. I was a little shocked to find out that there was no free returns and the company advice is to return it tracked with cost me nearly £7 For this reason only I won’t use the company again.”
