“Generally I am pleased with my new handbag. It’s a shame there isn’t a zipped pocket inside the main bag to keep keys secure and it would have been useful to have another zipped pocket on the outside rather than just one. However, the quality is good. Also Lakeland Leather we’re very helpful when I spoke to them after DPD left the bag on the ground at the wrong address! Lakeland called me back the following day to check if I had found it which I had through some detective work! Good customer service.”

“I recently purchased Allerby II Sheepskin. I am so thrilled with the jacket, it arrived this morning. I love that the jacket is not too heavy but yet will.keep me very warm in the harsh Alberta winter and I will.look so stylish! “Product didn’t look like how it was described and they refused to cover fee. So basically I paid £89in delivery/ return costs for an item that was different to what I expected. Waste of money.Customer service was unhelpful.”

“Quite simply the best leather jackets you can possibly own. Beautifully finished, oh so soft and supple to the touch, truly exquisite. You can find cheaper jackets elsewhere but they are nothing like these, Lakeland Leather really are in a league of their own. Be warned - if you gift one to the lady in your life, you will set very high expectations for future gifts!”
