“I am very pleased with my navy handbag. It is a good size for everyday, the colour is a lovely light navy. It holds all I need, the leather strap is narrow and comfortable, plenty long enough for across the body. Thank you. Everything went very well from order to delivery.”

“This is the second pair of sheepshin cuff slippers I've bought for my (adult) daughter for her birthday - the first pair having been worn to death. She absolutely loves them - they're so well made with a hard wearing sole and gorgeously soft lining. I ordered them online and received them the next day. They are very well packaged with free delivery - can't really ask for more!”

“I was serious disappointed with my new handbag. It looked great, but absolutely stank of glue/chemicals. I hung it in my lounge for a couple of days in the hope that the smell would go, but it stunk my whole house out and my family all complained about the fumes. Sadly, I will never buy from this company again as a result.”

“I love the bag I bought and it was in the sale so a good price. I would have liked the option of some sort of gift box or packaging as I want to give it as a birthday present. I dont think people would mind paying for the gift packaging if they wanted it. I had to buy a box at a cost of £16 so I could make it look like the nice expensive present it is.”

“This is my third purchase from Lakeland and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. The personal service was amazing as I ordered a birthday present slightly after the postal cut off time on a Friday but they made sure it was despatched and came on time. Excellent quality too.”
