“I am very pleased with my Keswick large brown messenger bag wich was delivered within a day of ordering. It is perfect for my 14 inch laptop, A4 folders and other bits and pieces. It has a number of internal and external pockets and looks smart in a rugged sort of way. It appears to be extremely well made and I think it represents very good value for money. I am sure it is going to last and serve me well.”

“Bought a nice leather biker jacket for my wife's birthday. She had previously bought a few faux leather versions from other retailers, which wore out over time. I thought I would surprise her with a real leather jacket. It looks great with a green racing stripe down the arms - which makes it stand out. She absolutely loved it and had many positive comments from friends and strangers when she wore it out the next day. I also got it for a reasonable price with £50 knocked off in the Lakeland Leather sale. Flawless product, service and packaging. Highly recommended and will revisit the website when I need to find family birthday presents in the future. Thanks a lot. Neil C”

“I was very pleased with the quality of the padded jacket I received, and the price was very competitive. I had to return the first jacket because it did not fit and I ordered a replacement in a different size. This was very easy to do. The replacement jacket and refund for the first jacket were received very quickly and without any problems.”

“Delighted with leather jacket and boots bought for my wife. Great quality and a very reasonable price. Very quick on delivery , came earlier than anticipated. The only slight hitch was the sizing on the boots seemed a bit small but exchanged for next size up. No hassle and great service!!! DELIGHTED!!”
