“I had previously bought a purse from Lakeland Leather and was pleased with that. I needed a new bag and went to their website. I found exactly what I was looking for and it was reduced. Ordered the bag, which was easy and was delighted to receive my bag promptly. It's exactly as I expected and is a lovely quality. I can highly recommend Lakeland Leather.”

“Love the jacket I bought, lovely quality and I am really looking forward to wearing it. The sleeves are a generous length, which I love and the sizes were true to size, but you should allow for the thickness of the lining.”

“Having used this company a couple of times in person, whilst on holiday, I was happy to purchase online knowing they were reliable and their products very good quality. They did not disappoint. The online experience was quick and easy, e-mails kept me informed of progress and my order was received promptly, when promised and well packaged. Sadly, the item did not suit me but I returned it immediately as per instructions and my refund was processed very quickly. All in all, an excellent company to deal with and I would not hesitate to shop again or, indeed to recommend them to others.”

“Given that their measurements are off they should have a more flexible returns process. I didn't risk exchange as if that was also the wrong size (which was likely given how completely wrong the first item was) it would have cost me twice as much in postage. Although staff were friendly and responsive, they insisted I would still have to pay postage in spite of their measurement guide being significantly inaccurate. I think I would buy from their shop in person, but it isn't worth the risk buying online.”

“Fabulous leather accessories and excellent customer service. Struggling carrying any handbag with elbow crutches following hip surgery so ordered navy phone pouch. Great for phone, cash or cards, even just glasses and cash for ease of use. Quality cashoutstanding as usual. Thanks”

“I was introduced to Lakeland Leather at Clark’s Village when visiting family but didn’t find anything I liked. Found a beautiful leather jacket on the website recently and ordered two to try. Very impressed with how carefully they were packaged. Really happy with my purchase and how quickly they refunded me for the one I returned. I’d definitely use again, although I plan on wearing this jacket for a very long time.”
