“A very nice jacket, but the experience has been diminished by a couple of avoidable issues: the hanging loop broke at the first attempt to use it, and the subsequent repair was delivered to the wrong address. Hopefully, the ownership experience will be better from now on.”

“It would have been 5 stars but the website wouldn't take my credit or debit cards! However, I had an immediate response to my 'cry for help' email & ended up paying on the phone. The credit card wallet is exactly what I wanted and at a very good price, thank you.”

“Super quick delivery. The item purchased was a gift and the recipient loves it. The only comment I can make is that the strap is about 2 inches too short to enable the wearer to wear the bag as a cross body bag so I may have to have something made to try and extend the length.”

“I spent ages looking for a bag to replace my day to day favourite. I tried ordering from Lakeland but the first bag was slightly too small for all my kit. I returned this and sized up slightly. I now have a bag I'm happy with. It is only fractionally bigger than the one I was replacing but well thought out interior design means it actually holds a lot more. On both occasions orders were delivered promptly, and the returns process was easy.”
