“First time I have ordered online from Lakeland leather although not purchase I have bought from you ,I had purchased a similar top from you keswick shop in September and liked it so much I decided to look if you were online and I was delighted to see you were so purchased another top and I love it just as much , delivery was very quick I'm sure it won't be last time I will be buying from you as I have always be very pleased with other items. “I received the wrong item. The lady I phoned said she would arrange a prepaid label to return it for the correct one. I still haven't had the label. However, I gave the 'wrong' jacket to my cousin and re-ordered what I wanted in the first place. It is in process and I hope it's right this time.”

“´How did we do?’ you ask. Well, first of all you sent me the wrong item. Then, customer services said they would send me a pre paid envelope to return it and then send me the item I ordered. The money has gone from my account but I’m still waiting. My answer to your question, ‘You didn’t do very well’.”

“Gorgeous leather jacket - lovely soft leather and a nice length. I’m 70 and have avoided leather jackets because a lot of them are very stiff and heavy, and I can get very warm sometimes. This is perfect, I’m covered and comfortable- and slightly trendy maybe!!”

“Excellent quality slipper-boots, sizing correct. But ankle cuffs too tight to get feet in. Unpicked stitches on outer vertical seam of cuff and problem solved. If they stretch after use, I can restitch.”

“The item (Women’s Sheepskin jackets) is lovely. It fits well and looks great, feels nice and warm for the coming winter. The only comment I could make would be on the packaging. The box was thin material and was not in good condition when received.”

“Nice website. Full-colour pictures of the jackets and models wearing them so you know what they look like. Speedy delivery of the jacket and very well boxed. I had previously tried this jacket on at a shop in Beverley 40 miles from me so I knew the size that I needed, I couldn't get to the shop when the 20% offer was on so I bought it online. This jacket should have been a size 46 but it was so small I could only just get it on. I managed to get to Beverley 5 days later to try to exchange the jacket and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I found a size 46 that was the perfect fit but I also tried a size 44 which was good but I wanted a bit more room to wear a sweater under the jacket. The size 44 was still bigger than the 46 I was sent. Buying online is convenient but trying and buying in a shop is better. Some clothes are a better fit than others even if they are labelled the same size.”
