“I bought the Levens Field jacket for women. I hadn’t heard of Lakeland but was encouraged by their reviews. The jacket arrived the next day, well boxed and perfect. The quality of the leather is so good and soft and not a mark on it. Fitted really well and a good price for a quality product.”

“You phone them; they answer. You phone them after encountering a problem while ordering online and the same person who answers the phone can see what your order was and can actually try to help. Unheard of! Prompt despatch from online sales. There was a minor flaw in the leather finish of a product ordered online, to which a touch up attempt had been made. I would not have accepted the product in a shop, but easily disguised it.”

“Order received promptly. Very happy with sheepskin boot slippers and leather pouch with mirror, both good quality and value for money. However, very disappointed with Millie scarf which was on sale at a good price but item received had 2 distinct flaws and should not have passed quality control. Now returned, awaiting refund of initial cost. Would expect return postage cost to be refunded also, given faulty goods.”
