“I first ordered a purse which is really nice ... I then looked on the website as I have been wanting a long leather jacket for a while and found one on the website.. ordered it and came within 2 days and the jacket is really nice well worth the money paid and fantastic service 5*all the way”

“My husband and I have a collection of around thirty Lakeland Leather jackets and coats (one could say we are fans of their design, quality, excellent service and good humour of their on-line team of Kate, Anna and Paul). Nothing is too much trouble for a quick e mail response. Deliveries are always prompt and packaging second to none. My latest purchase, utilising a loyalty voucher, was the Grasmere Biker jacket in Mint Green (a super colour for all seasons). We have also visited their shops in Beverley, Chester, Keswick, Bowness, all with friendly helpful staff. Need I say any more ?”

“I have purchased many items from Lakeland Leather both online and in their shops when visiting the Lake District. The quality of both the leather/sheepskin jackets and the leather luggage is outstanding. Similarly, Customer Service is top class and if additional information is required or there are any issues, these are quickly resolved. I highly recommend this company.”

“Love, love, love all the bags... the quality and the service from this company is fantastic, but...... ..... PLEASE, PLEASE, please, please, please!! put light-coloured linings in ALL the bags... I HATE not being able to find anything and needing my phone torch to look into the dark depths of an otherwise superb handbag.”

“I am not happy at all, as there is not possible to track the order. the information about the estimated date of delivery is missing, so I didn't know I have to wait 2days,4days or a week...The status shows delivered but is not delivered to the store to collect. I still don't know if my jacket is there or no. I must again call the store or send an email and ask where is it. Overall lack of information about the order.”
