“Excellent quality jackets. I am very happy with the quality of the two jackets I bought recently and also the customer service received. The jacket I ordered online was safely packaged and in pristine condition. I called a leather care advice line and was given excellent help and advice on protecting my item. Staff at my local outlet were friendly and helpful. When I bought an item in a 20% off promotion, which was later reduced further in as a sale item I was given a refund for the difference (as it was within the return period). Advice was also given when asked for on care and maintenance.”

“I was looking for a small bag for my daughter and saw one that looked suitable on the Lakeland website.I ordered it,which was very straightforward,and received my order very promptly.The bag is as described and looks very good quality.My daughter hasn't received it yet,but if she doesn't want it,then I'll definitely be keeping it for myself! Would definitely order from this company again. Thank you”

“Customer service was excellent; I wanted to add to my order & although hampered by their computer system's shortcomings, they made the effort for a workaround and succeeded in combining my 2 orders at no extra P&P cost. The items themselves are excellent, quality leather and well constructed. This company will be my first stop when I want leather items in the future.”

“I have several handbags from Lakeland Leather along with jackets and other items. All great things and terrific value for money. The last thing I purchased was a small purse for a smaller handbag I sometimes use, however I had to return it as there was nowhere to store paper money. Shame.”
