“I'm a first time buyer from Lakeland Leather, all my purchases are for gifts to family and I'm sure that they will be very well received. The slippers have the cosiest sheepskin inside and the sheepskin mittens looked wonderful - very often the suede outer layer can be stiff and awkward but these were so soft and pliable and I noticed the elasticated wrist which is a brilliant idea! I would definitely recommend to friends.and family.”

“The product is exactly what I wanted but the colour certainly did not match the picture on line infact it was quite the opposite .. the name of the colour was nondescript I shall be exchanging it but I shall return it to the shop so I can choose another colour that I like …. I feel sure this will be acceptable ..”

“Very disappointed that my mobile will not fit inthe outside pocket - what is the use of that? Cannot understand that the label said £79.99 when I paid £34.99 reduced from £54.99?.? MUCH smaller than led to believe really will not hold very much as no side gusset.”

“I recently bought a beautiful leather jacket. I love it! I ordered 2 different sizes online. I returned the one which I didn’t need to the store in York. I was very happy with the service I received from the sales staff there. I also bought a lovely leather purse and handbag while I was there. I will definitely buy from there again in the future whenever I visit York.”

“Beautiful leather, you can tell straight away it’s quality and know it’s going to last. Absolutely love the jacket. Ordered the size 12. Looks more fitted on me than the photos on model. Perfect fit. The way the hood unzips is really clever so you don’t see any zips around the neck. Really pleased.”
