“I received my parcel the day after I placed the order. The delivery service was excellent, and the bag's price was good, too. It is a gift for my mum and she loves it. The only problem is that the actual colour of the bag is completely different from the one shown on the website. Don't be misled by the pictures.”

“I bought a navy blue bag some time ago and like it so much that I have just bought the same style in black. I like the two outside zip pockets and the size of the interior is large enough to accommodate all my essentials. Now I've got used to a small cross-body bag I doubt I will ever use a large handbag again!”

“Love it! My leather jacket is exactly what I've been looking for. A longer length and most importantly, a hood - without fur or a furry lining so I can wear it throughout the year. Soft and a lovely fit. This is my second Lakeland leather and I feel like they were made for me. I also own a suede, fur lined winter jacket that has served me well for a number of years. Totally reliable for quality and I also received a lovely email from customer services after my purchase.”
