“The sandal's I bought are not true to size and you cannot phone customer services you have to email them which I have a week ago and I still haven't had any response from them. I attached a pic of previous bought sandal and the considerable difference in size.”

“I bought the Lakeland ‘Karen’ leather jacket. It’s fabulous, lovely soft leather and I know will be my go to jacket with dresses/jeans etc. I’m a size 14 36FF so was concerned about the chest but it’s perfect and flattering.”

“Purchased the Heritage Overnighter. Delivery was excellent. Quality of leather bag is excellent. It was packed to the extreme to ensure it arrived without a mark which it did. Very impressed. It will replace a 25yo “co-op” fabric cabin case which took everything I needed on my travels. The initial test suggests that the Heritage will exceed this and will be stylish as well. Well pleased.”

“Ordered a leather reporter's messenger bag based on the size and construction - got 10% off using their welcome offer and was very pleased when it arrived well packaged and in good time. Quality is excellent - the canvas element on the back part of the bag that is in contact with your body is ideal. Carries everything I need it to and feels sturdy. Expect a long useful life and will definitely look at Lakeland Leather for future purchases!”
