“Online service was excellent with a quick delivery and packaged well. Decided to buy a leather jacket online after a visit to the kendal store but was really put off by the assistant who suggested I came back another time when I had someone with me and I need to take my time. She didn't even suggest that I should try one on. She didn't leave my side to give me a chance to try one when she wasn't hovering over me. Missed sale for her as I had intended to make a purchase. She even suggested I go to the windermere store. Don't ever feel like going back in store in kendal.”

“I am very pleased with the bag I purchased. Not only is it very well made and a practical size, but the red colour is perfect and not too bright. Overall, this has been an excellent company to deal with and I would not hesitate to buy again.”

“Bought a lovely pair of men's sheepskin slippers , they are so cosy! You can tell the material is of a very high quality , great soles - I'm sure they would be ok outdoors on occasion. The inside is quite a tight fit to start with but after a few times wearing the slippers they feel extreamly comfortable.would recommended these to everyone one looking for a pair of men's slippers.”

“On line ordering is very easy and the pictures give excellent representation of goods. Delivery was hassle free and the goods arrived in perfect condition and enabled ne to try them at home at my leisure. I did have to return one item and that was very easy to do using the original packaging. I was kept up to date all the time with my order and my return via email and repayment was prompt.”

“I ordered a pair of black leather trainers . The delivery was really quick. The shoes are a wonderful soft leather. Very good quality and so comfortable. I am looking now for something, same style in a different colour as i think they will get a lot of waer.”
