“We ordered a Leather Jacket for my wife; it came promptly as advised. We had no difficulty returning and replacing with a larger size (sizing is correct). Lakeland kept us well informed at all times and refunded our cost of return. Pleasure to deal with.”

“Very impressed with Lakeland Leather. I purchased a leather jacket a long time ago when they had a store in Antrim N. Ireland. So I went on line ordered a very smart Derwent Leather coat in Nero Brown, arrived but was too big. Posted it back,a new smaller size arrived a few days later and I got £10 postage cover. Now thats service for you. And yes the jacket is stunning. Regards Barry.”

“Lovely soft leather bag with handy internal and external pockets. Perfect size for my needs and very useful to be able to collect from shop at a time that suited me. Shame it wasn't available in black.”

“I have found the company very helpful at all times. Really pleased with the quality and style of the coat, lovely soft leather and very well made. I had to return the 1st coat because the slim fit was a very tight fit but after your advice on which coat would fit me better I am more than pleased with my coat. Especially pleased with Kate who was very helpful.”

“I have now bought three leather jackets from Lakeland Leather. The service and the quality are second to none. All three have been superb (and much-admired). Not only that but your staff are so helpful. With one jacket, when it arrived I felt I really needed a size bigger so I rang and you had only one jacket left in the size I needed; you were kind enough to keep it aside until I returned the jacket I had and then you sent it to me. I never look anywhere else where leather goods are concerned. You are the best! Thank you Lakeland Leather.”

“Ordered a pair of sheepskin clog slippers and I’m very pleased with them. They are a snug fit, but as the wool lining is so thick, I’m sure they will ease with use. I would recommend Lakeland Leather as their customer service is very good.”

“The quality, workmanship and variety of styles of Lakeland Leather Handbags are outstanding and I now own 3 of their bags and will in the future be purchasing more. I have in the past visited their shop when in the Lake District, however, I can also recommend on-line ordering which is quick easy shopping and my delivery was so fast. I love Lakeland Leather.”

“Bought as a present and have not given them yet so scored low due to the disappointment of the slippers being made in China, with all the characteristics on the website that the slippers were made in the UK, quite misleading. I also thought that the slippers were returns as the fur inside was quite flattened down with the card and paper supports just rammed back in dis-forming the uppers.”

“Bought the Sophia Wrap front dress. I loved the style but manufacture was not the quality that I have previously had from Lakeland clothing. There were split seams in various areas that I had to repair. I had to buy the thread but as I say I loved the style & fabric. Does not say where manufactured. Not happy that a week after I purchased it is now half price!!”
