“I ordered a glasses case online to collect in-store. when I went to the store after they phoned me to let me know it had arrived they wanted the order number before I could collect the item. They did not inform me I needed to give the order number either online or on the phone. After some awkwardness they allowed me to collect the item if I could prove my identity and sign for the item. I think this process needs to be looked at and clarified.”

“My order came very promptly and I was very pleased with the quality of the boots. Unfortunately they were too big. However that has not posed a problem as I have returned them and am eagerly awaiting a smaller size to be delivered.”

“Size up, the sloping toe area is tight. I purchased size 7 Ladies' Sheepskin boot slippers in black with a good discount at the time. The parcel arrived in 4 days. The slippers are too tight because of the sloping toe region, it is not a box shape. I contacted Lakeland Leather by phone the same day and followed instructions for returning the parcel for exchange the same day. The return postage was also credited the same day including information by email, and the size 8 slippers arrived within 2 days. The fit is just perfect and they are warm and comfortable. Very efficient service.”

“Back in May my wife bought me my first Lakeland Leather jacket as a special gift. I absolutely love it, the fit and quality is fantastic. So obviously when I asked her what she would like for Christmas her response was a Lakeland Leather coat. In terms of value, quality, style and comfort I'd very strongly recommend it. In terms of customer services, their next-day delivery was great with a timed delivery slot and great communication from a top-end distributor. Will shop again!”

“The handbag I bought from Lakeland Leather is exactly as advertised and combines elegance with very useful capacity. Zipped inner compartments and card holders make it a very useful ‘organiser’ and yet it does not look bulky. I am delighted with it. Also the company we’re very helpful indeed when I experienced some difficulty in ordering online. I fully recommend this company and their products.”
