Really disappointed as the vintage leather is not the colour on the website and more like the standard green. Husband won't let me return as he has already built them and ordered them so really upset as spent months trying to find ones the correct colour.

Good Morning, I am very sorry to see you are not happy with the items you have received. Looking at the image you have provided I can see you have received the vintage green colour, which is egg shell finish with mottling throughout the colour which gives the vintage effect; whereas the green faux leather is a shiny finish and a bottle green colour with no mottling. Ordered two bar stool, arrived quickly but they have lots of faults/damage emailed them twice but no response.

ONE OF THE CHAIRS LEG WAS FROM A DIFFRENT COLOUR. I SENT AN EMAIL BUT GOT NO REPLY

had delivery of 4 bar stools. All 4 seats slope to the left even though the base is level. 1 was squashed in the box of 2 which resulted in the padding and material out of shape. Still no bounced back after a couple of days. Awaiting reply from Lakelands. Delivery was quick and undamaged.

Ordered 4 bar stools but received completely wrong ones. However Lakeland were efficient in arranging for a recollection. Hope to receive our refund shortly!

The bar stools were very poorly made. The frame didn't fit together well and was not as sturdy as the photo looked. I am returning them. The seats themselves were lovely so it's a shame the frame was so bad.

Office chair delivered with 4 screws missing. Unable to fix the seat to the bottom section.

Good Morning Kay, I am sorry to read you have not been able to assemble the chair due to missing fixings. Having been in touch with the support team just now they have informed me that the screws are attached underneath the seat. You just need to unscrew them a little to take them out and then use them to attach the part. The seat was defective, am still waiting for Lakeland for an exchange. It wouldn't be fair for me to rate my experience now when I have a pending issue with Lakeland. Thanks

During CoviD it is difficult, however staff appear to be working from home and were unable to communicate with each other, so emails I replied to were not returned to the correct person and not understood....This became so frustrating Ive attempted to return my order an request a refund. Not the out come I wanted

Package delivered with item missing/ LF said they would send the missing item by 1st class post - still not arrived after 3 days/ No follow-up to ask if matter resolved.

I ordered an item from Lakeland inadvertently and needed a refund. The process of return and the complexity of getting my refund was not good although I worked through it in the end.

Its the same old story - cheap goods that are very rough round the edges - 2 x stool bases both scratched due to loose crossbar moving about within box!(NO PACKING ROUND!)and the welds and fittings/finish are very rough (yes I am an engineer) Will not recommend to anyone

I ordered my item for next day delivery on the Sunday and finally received it on the Thursday after a few messages to both you guys and the courier. Super happy to finally receive the item I got all the parts out to make the item only to find out the screws were missing.... 5 days later (today) after emailing the support team I have finally got the finished item together. Don’t get me wrong I am happy with the item but the experience I was not so happy with. The support team were amazing and very attentive so I could not fault them for that but would I purchase an item from you guys again? Probably not

The product delivered did not correspond to the photographs on the website or the dimensions published there. Lakeland claimed that a chair height of 100cm is approximate to an advertised height of 135cms and that a chair back of 50cm is approximate to the advertised 65cm. Perhaps I should have paid only 75% of the advertised price because I work in approximations too but I didn't want a tiny chair. I was told I would be charged £35 if I returned the impossible to disemble hydraulic system they had sent with the misdescribed chair. After all, they're 'Happy to Help' but with errors and omissions excepted.

Although not the most expensive bar stools on the market the look okay. The stools required assembly, the assembly easy but the fittings are of poor quality. The seat squab are comfortable but the vinyl has already split on one stool.

The chair I ordered has still not arrived. Ordered on 30/11/19 it is now 11/12/19! The chair arrived at the depot, but has had to be repacked as packaging was badly damaged. Communication from Lakeland has not been good. I cannot comment on the quality of the chair as I have not yet received it, although expecting it to be damaged or broken! Will not be using Lakeland again.

First told the product had been dispatched and given a tracking number. Then told out of stock- no updates unless I chase for them - still no sign of them
