“I had been planning to buy from Lakeland furniture, for a new office chair, for a while but my brain forgot to purchase it in time for Christmas. With free next day delivery, which was a lovely added touch, the chair arrived the next day, as promised, and getting it here in time for Christmas was no longer a worry. I would definitely order from Lakeland furniture again, the quality and service has been exceptional. Thank you. The chair hasn’t been opened yet, since it is a Christmas present, so I cannot upload a photo, but it has been checked and I am told it looks very good.”

“Fantastic. Absolutely love these stools! Look good in our new modern kitchen. Needed a stool with lower support easy for my children to get on and off aged 6 and 10. Well worth the money. I didn’t want to spend too much money (stools can range from anything between £220-40) these look expensive and they also have good foam to sit on making them comfortable.”

“Arrived next day (brilliant!) and super quick to set up. I decided to go for material rather than the PU leather as I had a similar one before and it cracked after less than a year (from another seller not Lakeland). This looks fantastic, feels really well made, and Im using it without the arms so it fits under my desk to keep it out of the way. All in it’s a great chair. I was expecting the material to be a little softer than it is, and its quite hard to sit on, on the first day. But Im assuming it will soften up over time as it starts to shape to you. Overall though, I’d definitely recommend it, but we’ll see if it softens up over the next few days. Oh, and it’s considerably better shaped than and of the much more expensive Ikea seats I tried out yesterday.”

One was faulty on delivery but following emails and speaking to their customer care team, replacement parts were sent without delay and the problem has been solved. “The chair was a good price and arrived promptly after order. Relatively easy to assemble, there are some faux leather covers for the arm rests that are fiddly and use a zipper, but enhance the look. Quality wise, not so sure...it isn’t as comfortable as the one it replaced, doesn’t feel that sturdy and the adjustable seating positions don’t seem to include ‘fixed’ meaning it rocks slightly (as in moves, not as in “it rocks”). I agree with previous comments about the instructions, relatively clear, but they do leave you guessing (find the person who writes the User Manual and packages the ‘bits’ for Nordic Ski and ask them to do yours).”

“Ordered my 'halo' vintage look office chair from Lakeland Furniture - it arrived the very next day and well packaged. Everything was as I expected, chair was in top condition, no marks or blemishes, easy to put together (took 20 mins and was essentially just a series of allen key screws). So far, the chair has been superb, very comfortable and looks exactly how I'd hoped. Gives me good support for back and can get close enough to desk without the arms stopping me. *very early days mind, only had the chair one week, but so far so good, I love it and price was very reasonable too.”
